On Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., the Constitutive General Assembly of the NGO CADCEI (Framework for Community Development through Education and Initiative) was held at the Novella Palace Hotel in Porto-Novo.
This meeting brought together the founding members in person, as well as via videoconference with those located outside the country.
The proceedings took place in a friendly, constructive atmosphere marked by a strong sense of responsibility. The participants reviewed the organization’s founding documents, including the bylaws and rules of procedure, which were adopted following discussion and amendments.
Following the discussions, several important decisions were made with a view to the actual establishment of the NGO and the creation of its operational and administrative infrastructure. The governing bodies were established, strategic directions were defined, and the first priority actions were identified to enable the organization to launch its activities under the best possible conditions.
The Assembly thus marked a decisive step in the founding of the NGO CADCEI, with all members committing to work toward sustainable community development based on education, solidarity, and civic engagement.
The session concluded on a note of general satisfaction, with participants expressing their appreciation for the smooth conduct of the proceedings and the resolutions adopted for the organization’s future.
